Send mail - Subject encoding

Hi,
I am new to PP and i have an encoding problem to messages i send:
If the text in "Subject" includes Greek characters, then the receiver show unreadable characters as "Subject".
Please note that:
* Greek characters in message body appears correct (the problem is only to Subject text).
* So far i have test it and happens to Gmail and Yahoo (receiver email).
* If i also send the message to me, PP shows the "Subject" correct.
* I test every PP option in "Options / Send mail / Encoding" without any different.
* One of the receivers (Yahoo) see the message header and says:
* The above message's subject text appears as Ç ìáìÜ ìïõ ç êáëÞ (I think that iso must be iso-8859-7)
* My OS Setting in "Region and Language / administrative / Language for non-Unicode programs" is "Greek (Greece)".
Thanks
