stuck message in one account 4.0

I have one message that shows up in the inbox that will not open nor can I delete it ...it just stays there showing "1"
PP may be hiding/filtering the message.
Click on the "Junk View" button to see if it was marked as Junk.
If it's not there, select Messages / Enable display filters. This will show all messages (recommend you re-enable the display filter after you find it):
- Messages with a red background are junk (and would have been found accessing "Junk view" as mentioned above)
- Messages in italics have been marked as hidden (by default, PP hides messages from yourself using a rule, which can be disabled)
