How to import v3.8.1 email account to V4.0.1

After I install V.4.0.1 and replace file poppeeper.ini with v.3.8.1 old file . but V.4.0.1 email account do not update.
what is the correct way, import v.3.8.1 email account file to v.4.0.1 ?
Any link talking about this ?

Your account information are included directly in the ini file. I'm not exactly sure what you mean when you say that they "do not update" -- are you saying that the accounts are not listed in POP Peeper's Account List (on the left side of PP)? If so, then you have the wrong ini file. I'm guessing your ini file was located under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\POP Peeper\
?
If so, look for your ini file in the Virtual Store folder, e.g.
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\POP Peeper
note: if your OS is not 64-bit, you won't have the (x86) folder, so it would instead be in:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\POP Peeper
