Zoho POP3 Stopped Working

A few days ago, POP3 access in POP Peeper stopped working for my Zoho account.
I thought that it was a Zoho problem, but I have since determined the following:
1. I can use POP Peeper for this account using IMAP.
2. I can access the account using POP3 in SeaMonkey.
I don't understand how POP3 could stop working specifically for the combination of the Zoho account AND POP Peeper.
Other accounts in POP Peeper are working fine in POP Peeper.
This account works fine in SeaMonkey.
I did not make any changes to my settings for this account when the problem started, and I have verified all my settings, including ID and Password.
When I click on the yellow exclamation point, it shows my account nickname, and then says "Login Error (OK)".
Even this is puzzling as "OK" is contradictory to "error".
I have also noticed that many times POP Peeper will not properly retrieve my ail for all accounts.
Usually it is sporadic with one or more accounts not working each time I check all my accounts.
The specific accounts that fail can vary every time I check my mail.
When this happens, I close and reopen POP Peeper, and that sometimes fixes the problem.
Other times, when that did not work, I believe that rebooting fixed the issue.
When this happens, my internet connection generally is working fine.
Again, I don't understand what is going on here.
It seems that, for a given account, POP Peeper should either work every time I check my mail within a period of a few minutes,
or not at all.
Can you explain how these problems even make sense?
