Some emails not showing

EDIT: I figured it out. Several email senders inadvertently marked as spam and were being filtered from view. Not sure how that happened.
I recently upgraded to the paid version of Pop Peeper.
I recently realized I am not seeing all the emails in my account.
When I view my optonline or Godaddy email accounts I see several emails (including a few test emails I sent myself) that do not show up in the Pop Peeper inbox window, although I see it processing additional mail when I do a mail check.
Those emails are not being deleted, because I can still see them when I view the Godaddy and Optonline accounts after doing the mail check.
