Email.com acct: Unable to send/receive messages?

I can't seem to setup my existing .email mail to send or receive
with my email (dot) com account. It has been working a long time, suddenly it does not work.
Ideas?

To better assist you, please post back with the following:
1. Confirm the specific email service provider you are using? (i.e. is it
mail.com or
email.com)
2. Please provide the text of any
error messages you are receiving in PopPeeper.
3. Are you able to log-in to the account
on-line without any problems?
4. How are you accessing the accounts in PP?
(i.e.
Server type: Webmail,
POP3, or
IMAP)
