Remove Upgrade to Pro

I already purchased and activated PP Pro but the Menu option still says upgrade to Pro!

This occurs in v4.0 immediately after you activate Pro; it will be removed when you exit/restart POP Peeper. And, fwiw, this is fixed in v4.1.
