FEATURE REQUEST:

- a toolbar button that checks only the currently active account

Right now there is the button 'Check Mail', but that checks all enabled accounts (I have many).

Sorry if this was requested before, I could not find it in the forum.

Welcome to the forum aput,
You have the option of right-clicking on the specific account you want to do a "Check Mail" on in the left pane (account list) of the Pop Peeper interface and then select "Check mail" from the context menu. This will do a "Check Mail" for just that one specific account you've done the right-click on.

In fact, the right-mouse-button click is the procedure I have been using so far, but would like to have a toolbar button alternative.
It will involves fewer clicks, and is easier for the mouse to navigate to.
I am sure you understand the benefits.
Not asking to have this button added by default, I would add it myself once it is an available command.

You'll have to create the button yourself. For instructions:
- Open POP Peeper's help (main menu: Help / Contents)
- Navigate to: General Information / Add new toolbar buttons

The command id for this is:
1529

Read the Help, and managed to add the button to my toolbar.
I chose 32780 instead of 1529 because it seems to do a better job for me.

That should work, too.

They should effectively perform the same function, though. What did 1529 do differently?

Seemed like 1529 did nothing.

You're right -- I tested it and it did as you said: it did a check mail on all accounts.

Since 1529 isn't intended to do anything that 32780 doesn't do correctly, I've removed 1529 from the list.
