I notice that your using both SSL and TLS in your outgoing settings either of which should work so no problem really there.

Have these errors been occurring for a very long time?

Do you have other accounts that are working without any problems?

The first error is an outgoing error, do you have your "Server requires authentication" enabled (checked) in your accounts "Send Mail" settings?

I would advise that you log-in to each of the problem accounts on the web using your browser to make sure there are not any problems getting to your interface using this method and to make sure there are no error messages from Hotmail or Yahoo.

I suspect the errors are temporary and will likely clear (at least for sure the 2nd), please post back if the problems continue however.
