Manually sort accounts

I don't want my accounts sorted alphabetically.
How do I manually organise accounts?

They can only be sorted alphabetically. Until this changes, the only way to re-arrange the accounts is to use this fact. e.g. rename the accounts to start with "01" "02" "03" etc. Using 2 digits is better because if you have 10+ accounts, "10" would appear above "2", but "10" will appear below "02". You may also want to skip numbers so that it's easier to re-arrange accounts later.
