Thanks for letting us know. I'm not able to duplicate the problem. At what point does the error occur?


The ip address you mentioned resolves to an amazon IP. I believe that FastSpring does utilize their services, so I'll let them know that there's a potential problem.

Ok, FastSpring got back to me again and they did find an issue. Hopefully it should be working now.

The VAT discouraged me from ordering :(
