In some cases, yes. It will depend upon how long the message has been deleted and which Email provider is involved. Of course if it has not been too long then deleted messages may still reside in the trash-can folder of your Email Provider account where they can still be recovered when logging-in to the account on the web. Beyond that there may also be additional methods that can be used as listed below.
