Based on what you have posted, I assume that you are saying that you have reformatted your hard drive. In this case I am also then assuming you downloaded the POP Peeper installer from this
Esumsoft Downloads page. Are my assumptions correct? (If not please use the download link I've posted here to install POP Peeper).
If this is the download page that you used then you should have successfully installed POP Peeper so if the issues you are reporting remain then from the main POP Peeper interface please go to "Help" > "About POP Peeper..." and post a screen-shot of that window here in this topic. If needed we have a topic on how to post screen-shots:
How to take a screenshot & attach/insert it into your post.
Also please post what Operating System you are using and what type of email accounts you have i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc., as well as the server protocol you are using i.e. Webmail ("Hotmail/Outlook", "Yahoo", "Gmail"), "IMAP" or "POP3" (that being the account(s) "Server type" setting).
