Hi Bronson,

Have you tried re-authorizing the account by editing the account and clicking on the [Oauth2] button and completing the process?

(To edit, right-click on the account in the Account list, then click on "Edit account". The [Oauth2] button will be on the right side of the next page displayed).

The last line of your error message is something I have had happen with my own accounts before. When I went through the Oauth2 re-authorization procedure (as mentioned above) - the problem was resolved.

Other members of The Esumsoft Team will be reviewing your topic and may have additional feedback for you.

Please be sure to post back with your results.

Thank you & best regards,

I have gotten this very same error recently on 3 of my accounts as well and found that re-authorizing the account just as Pete has described above fixed the error and if I recall correctly all 3 accounts were Hotmail.

You're quite welcome, Bronson! Glad everything worked-out.
As you can see...lakrsrool has experienced the same issue as well.

Cheers!
