Cannot activate with either key

I have installed Pro and plus pack on my wife's computer I am a long time user. I purchased the Pro and Plus Pack (see uploads). I have entered both the Pro and Plus keys and both are rejected.
What do I need to do to make these installs work?

For security/privacy reasons, I removed the images (
screenshots) included with your post above as they contained
personally-identifiable information, such as, actual full email addresses, your POP Peeper license code(s), etc. This is to prevent your data from being compromised and/or harvested by spambots.
Please re-post the images
after you have edited them to obscure any
personally-identifiable information, such as the following:
- The portion of
ANY email addresses shown before the "
@" symbol.
- Your POP Peeper Activation code(s), etc.

Once you have edited/obscured any
personally-identifiable information in the images you wish to include, just make a reply to my post here and insert/attach the
edited screenshots into the reply.

operating system are you using on your wife's computer where the Activation Code(s) are being rejected?
B. What does the rejection message specifically say?
(Just remember to obscure/edit any personally-identifiable information that may be shown in the message).

Win 10 Pro
I will repost the screen shots as you requested, but I do not see how you can verify the status of the keys without seeing the keys. ie: are they valid (although they were sent to me).

As for the error message, I will repeat again here: (both messages were the same when entering either Key for Pro or the Plus Pack activations.
"Error (Plus Pack): Invalid Licence (Error # 1)"
BTW, after installing the downloaded Pro, I get a message that sqlite3.dll is not loaded, each time I start the app. However, the app appears to function properly. I get this message after the app is closed once after the activation fails. The activation screen also shows not installed and I cannot enter any characters in the activation boxes.
I have been using the app on several PCs for several years, including win 7 & 10 versions and never had any problems like this.

With regard to verification of the
Activation Key(s) for PP Pro and the Plus Pack - - this is something which only
Jeff can do on his end.
Given the nature of the issue(s) you're experiencing,
Jeff may want to continue follow-up with you via Support Email. Additional information may be needed, which is often handled via Support email rather than in the open forum.
I have already sent him an email about your topic post here. At the moment - I know he is unusually busy, so it may take some time before he completes his review and posts a reply to you
here.

You did the right thing by posting in the Forums first! You can also submit a Support Request by clicking on the link below. It will display a new page. Just scroll down the page about halfway, complete the info requested, and then submit it.

As mentioned in my last post, I know
Jeff is unusually busy, so it may take more time than normal for him to get back with you regarding the issue(s) you presented.

Paul - While waiting for Jeff to look into this can you provide the steps you have taken to install POP Peeper on your wife's computer (which may be helpful to Jeff)? (my concern is your comment regarding the "sqlite3.dll is not loaded" message when starting PP, which should not occur).
