Hello Guys,

I just did a quick test of the Pop Peeper V4.5 beta, and I'm very satisfied with it.
The possibility to encrypt the poppeeper.ini file, for better security is a big improvement.
I was not able to crack the pop peeper accounts even using several hack tools.
It would be even easier if you could embed this feature in a future release, by using the master password as the encryption key.

Glad you like it. Your previous post was the inspiration for the idea. As I mentioned there, as long as the program has to decrypt the information, the encryption can be reversed by a 3rd party. (side-note: the only exception to this, as far as I'm aware [which is not much since hacking/cracking isn't my scene] is Sony/Blu-ray. And they foiled the crackers not by intelligent algorithms, but by threat of lawsuit). So, how can a program decrypt data without it being reverse-engineered? A: If it doesn't know how to decrypt it on its own. I think that this is also a good solution for someone who uses POP Peeper on a thumb drive; e.g. in case they lost the drive.

By "master password" I assume you mean what PP refers to as the "admin password"? That could get a little hairy. Some people may not want one or the other; or use different passwords (ie. a long key for encryption, and a shorter/easier password for access, since it's something you'll lose more often than the former). But, I'll keep that in mind.
