Please provide the answers to the following questions:
1.) What version of POP Peeper are you running (found in "Help" > "About POP Peeper...").
2.) Also in "About POP Peeper...", do you see "pass" for all the modules in the CRC column (and if not what do you see and for which modules)?
3.) What specifically is POP Peeper doing when it crashes? (at what point does the crash occur and does it occur consistently at this point?)
4.) If POP Peeper is retrieving messages at the time it crashes then please post in your reply to this topic what the "Default retrieval options" you are using in the main POP Peeper menu "Options" > "Message Retrieval" settings?
5.) What "Connection type" are you using in "Options" > "Connections" of the main POP Peeper menu?
6.) Other than the current Windows 10 update, have you recently added anything or made changes to anything else on your computer?
7.) How many mail accounts do you have in POP Peeper?
8.) What security-related programs do you use (i.e AntiVirus, Firewall, Malware, etc. programs).
9.) Have you ran an Antivirus or Malware scan since this issue started happening?
10.) Have you tried a system reboot to see if this helps?
11.) If POP Peeper (PP) remains running long enough, please do the following for us:
A) From the PP main menu, select "File" > "Error overview...", then press the "copy" button and paste the information in your reply to this topic.
B) From within the Accounts List (left pane of the main PP interface), right-click below your last account in the list and select "
Server info (all)" then select the information displayed within the popup window and copy/paste the information in your reply to this topic.
