I am getting an error in one of my Hotmail/Outlook.com accounts. Below is the error.

Error: Try Again Later. (-31)

Any idea what could be causing it?

It would be more helpful if instead of just posting the error but instead post the entire Error Overview Information for any error(s) that you might get in POP Peeper (doing this provides us with more information including the version releases you are using).

Is your webmail plugin up to date (your current version is listed in the error overview when you use "copy"; else main menu: Help / About)?

Have you tried logging into the account with your webbrowser doing a full login (open a private/incognito window and do a login from there)?
