[solved] problem with a newsletter
[solved] problem with a newsletter
Hello, Jackmail’s newsletter (WordPress plugin) is not scrollable in Popeeper. I told them about the problem but they focus on popular webmail solutions (Gmail, Outlook…). I would be curious to have your point of view – the reason of the problem and if it’s easy to fix. See attachment.

Re: problem with a newsletter
I had posted my original diagnosis and comments here:

Something I didn't mention there and thought of this time around -- assuming that you have TB or another client installed, you can use File / Open message in client, which might be more convenient for you.

Sorry, I completely forgot that I already posted a similar subject.

No problem
You mentioned you had contacted them; did you mention that it doesn't work in IE? IE may not be an overly popular browser (~3% overall), but it's still a significant enough browser that I, personally, wouldn't ignore.
