Reinstalling windows after April 2018 update

I'm currently reinstalling my windows 10 because quite honestly it must be the worst update i've ever encountered in my life, my laptop has been running wonderfully for months
my question, after reinstalling pop peeper, do i have re -auth every account even though i am installing from a back up??
