I have this issue again ... clicking on links goes nowhere/// it does nothing, and i cannot this time install an old Firefox... 64 bit is here to stay.

when i click on links in the emails it does nothing.

before to fix this i reinstalled the 32 bit mozilla. am dismayed to see this issue come up again with a brand new install

I looked at your previous report and the advice given was to make sure that your webbrowser is correctly set as the default. And that's the same advice I can tell you now.

If you had previously set POP Peeper to use a specific webbrowser (ie. the 32-bit version of Firefox), then maybe it's still set to use it:
main menu: Tools / PPtweaker / Misc 2
- Enable: Force POP Peeper to open links in your external browser
- browser to launch URLs should be empty
