If POP Peeper support type Unicode UTF-8
I ready translatation to Vietnamese (from 1 to 2 month).

Now, I using Vietnamese "minus sign" :
example: Việt Nam => Viet Nam.

I interest with POP Peeper v3.0, It ready support Unicode UTF-8?

2005/04/17: I complete literal traslation and begin translate freely.
But Help file?

I made 2 file:
Vietnam 'minus sign'
and
Việt Nam full

I start translatation help file (But I don't know create help file).

For Help files you need a new tool call PPLCHR.exe
If you need it let me know.

Help File translation is not supported. The PPLCHR tool is not maintained and therefore outdated and obsolete.
