Are you still getting the same error as of this time?

It appears to be a random error (not totally persistent all the time), if it is still occurring how persistent (often) does this error occur?

How many Telus accounts do you have in PP and if more than one is the error occurring for only the one specific PaXXXXXXXXts@telus.net account?

I assume you are able to successfully log-in to this account on the web.
