Notification on keyboard doesn't functions

I'm using Win 10 64 bit (update 1903)
Pop Peeper version 4.5.2.0
In Tools-Options-Notification When i receive an email BlockNum led should be flash, i hear my audio but led doesn't flash
Could you help me please?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are experiencing. Although I am using
Windows 7, I've been unable to duplicate the problem you are having myself.
To get started, I have two questions for you:
1. Did this problem just begin recently (i.e., did the flashing
[NUM LOCK] key work properly
before this issue started)?
2. Did you install any
Win 10 updates just prior to this problem occurring,
or make any changes to your other POP Peeper notification settings?

One other thing -- the LED won't flash if POP Peeper is open when you receive new email; it must be minimized to the tray.
