i have come across a wierd issue
when dealing with wierd languages the attachment behaves ok and shows ok but when saved the file name is messed up

Please clarify what the problem is with the name of the file when you save the attached file?
The attached file name would be expected to use the same language that is used in the message (if that's what you mean) and therefore saved using the same language as well.

when saved ends up like this

This occurs because POP Peeper does not have native unicode support. I've been working on transitioning POP Peeper to unicode, but it's a very arduous task and will certainly continue to be a work in progress once it's initially ready.
