Cannot Upgrade v4 to v5

I have installed PopPeeper Pro v4 to v5 upgrade but new license key does does not remove 30day limit.
I am directed to a online "donations page" however DONATE button does not work.
Whats is wrong?

Have you tried restarting PP? (exit using the tray icon right-click context menu and restart).

Donations page? That's very strange... not sure how that could be! (ftr, please don't copy/paste the link it gives you as it may contain personal license information).
There is an upgrade fee for v5, and the proper link it should point you to is:
