hotmail needs webservice

how can I get hotmail working again its looking the webmail which costs money?

Are you using "IMAP" ("Server type" set to "IMAP") for your Hotmail account(s)?
If you are not using "IMAP" then switch from "Webmail" to "IMAP" which does not require a subscription.
Also what do you mean by "I trying different settings no avail"?
Have you already tried "IMAP" and if so what is the problem you're having?
If you are getting errors -- please post the errors.
