1) Why are you not using SSL? It may very well be the reason -- no self-respecting email service these days allows unencrypted email connections. Edit you account and enable STARTTLS or TLS/SSL on both incoming/smtp servers
2) Make sure that you enable "server requires authentication" on the send mail page
3) Check the BCC address that you're including. If the BCC looks good and it's not critical, try removing it
4) Internal error means it's on the server-side, but that could just be the result of it not expecting whatever it is that was tried

Done! Thanx for the HedzUp Jeff. Been like that lots of years..........Thanx again. Wish I could afford going Pro, but with the low cdn $, and high inflation getting worse. Our petrol is now roughly $6.00 gal depending which Province you reside in, and being a senior the dollars are stretched thin! Thanx once again for the great and helpful service and the great product!
