How can I install a British English Dictionary?

It comes pre-installed. Here's how to change it:
1) POP Peeper main menu: Tools / Plugins
2) Double-click Spell Checker (or select it and press "Settings")
3) Press the "Languages" button
4) UNselect "en_US" and SELECT "en_GB"
5) Press OK multiple times

You can also change this from the compose window (this is a global setting, changing the language will not only affect the current compose window but any subsequent compose windows):
menu: Tools / Spell check options; and then it picks up from #3 above
