junk evaluation is wrong

I have a couple of charities that always get flagged as junk even though they are in my white list. How can I report that these are not junk?

You can mark them as "Legitimate" but you should also see what is mis-evaluating the messages and possible delete that rule (and let me know what rule it is if it's provided by default). One way to see the list is to view the message and select menu: AntiJunk / Show evaluation. Copy/Paste the text here if you need help (and this way I can see what rules might need to be adjusted); be sure to redact any personal information like email addresses.
