Greetings, every time I open a message and attempt to load the HTML version POP Peeper freezes and ultimately crashes. This has been an issue before on Windows 10, however it resolved itself without any changes on my side. I suspected some Windows update as the culprit at the time.
Unfortunately most emails are undecipherable in rich text or plain text and they have to be viewed in HTML.

Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1105
POP Peeper 5.4.1

I would suggest trying to reset IE (PP currently uses IE to render HTML):
1) In the start menu, type and open: Internet Options
2) Select the "Advanced" tab
3) At the bottom, press the "Reset" button
4) I would highly recommend ticking the "delete personal settings" checkbox (nothing uses IE anymore these days anyway, so you're probably not losing anything) and press "Reset"
Note that it does say you need to restart your computer. I'm not sure this is necessary for POP Peeper, but if you don't restart immediately and you still have a problem, try restarting your computer and try again.
Thanks for the suggestions. While resetting those didn't help, apparently installing the latest cumulative Windows update (KB5022360) once again fixed the issue.
