want to move PP accounts from Win7 Pro to Win 11 pro
read How do I backup my Accounts and other settings?
Win 11 could not open backup zip
Tried several times.
Might Win 11 prevent PP restore?

How big is the zip file?

Are you able to open/access the zip file using Windows or a 3rd party zip utility?
