I can log on to all of them manually but poppeeper last would do so on July 16.

Ideas?

Just found the answer... I had updated the SSL when prompted the other day.

Had to go into all Outlook Accounts and reset StartTLS to SSL/TSL and they all work now.

Glad you found the solution.

I'm not sure why updating the SSL plugin would have caused that. I have a couple outlook accounts myself and I haven't heard anyone else report a similar problem.

That being said, I tested and confirmed that Outlook with StartTls doesn't work. That despite the server explicitly stating that it does support it:
