continues to blacklist wanted email

I have a couple of newsletters that are always marked as spam--they are not. How can I stop this?
The method that usually works is to simply mark the message as "Legit" -- this will whitelist the sender and also improve learning (and move the message out of Junk View back into the inbox).
If you've already done this, then there are various other things you can do, but let's see what specifically is causing the problem:
1) Open the message to view it in POP Peeper
2) From the menu, select AntiJunk / Show evaluation
3) Copy the text and paste it here (if there are any email addresses, you may want to edit them, but leave something there so we know about it)
