I'd like to request a feature in POP Peeper (apologies if this already exists) to provide an option to hide in the Accounts list pane those accounts that are disabled and additionally also in the Inbox tab->View->"All Accounts" to also hide any messages associated with those disabled accounts.

The next version of POP Peeper (v6) will have the capability to put accounts into groups. When you view a specific group, the accounts not belonging to that group will be "folded" (for lack of a better term -- hidden but accessible) and the messages belonging to those other accounts will not be shown in the list. So you could put all the enabled accounts in a particular group and then all the disabled accounts would be hidden from view when viewing that group. I've thought about dynamic groups (specifically for disabled accounts) where the group would add accounts that match the filter automatically, but that will not likely be in the initial v6.0 release.

In the meantime, you can hide messages for specific accounts in v5:
1) Make sure you have "Advanced Options" enabled under main menu: Tools / Options / General
2) Edit the account
3) Select the "Advanced" page
4) Change the "Hide messages from *all accounts*" to 'All' or 'Read', depending on what you want
The full list of messages for that account can be accessed by viewing that specific account.

Thankyou for that, I had found the feature you mentioned earlier this morning whilst searching through options and have already used it to filter out disabled account messages, I understand from another post that version 6 will also include unicode support, when is it anticipated that the initial release of version 6 might be released?

Sorry, there's no eta for v6. I used to try to give dates, but they were inevitably wrong, and I learned my lesson.
