Vivaldi Webmail currently down for IMAP/POP3 Service

Vivaldi Email (Webmail) Service has been down over the past 4+ hours (i.e. PP issues with Vivaldi Email has been ongoing for past 4.2hours, w/ PP getting "Timed Out" errors during this time-frame) due to current Vivaldi Webmail IMAP/POP3 Service issues.
