In Pop Peeper v5.5.1 when printing a text mail the To/From/Subject/Date headings appear as well as the body however when printing a HTML email the headings don't appear, only the body appears, is there an option to enable these?

No, this isn't an option. Basically, POP Peeper hands off the printing capability to the html renderer in this case. I can't remember the details, but I had tried to manipulate the html to insert the header info and it had problems. PPv6 will use a different html renderer, so -- no promises -- I'll try take another look at this.
