Compose list incomplete

Current version as 5.6 as the auto-updater completed.
Issue existed prior to 5.6.

The account list in my From: dropdown menu is missing an account.
How may I add it back?

I can see messages received by the account that is missing from the From: dropdown. But, unable to send from that account within PopPeeper.

Edit the account, go to the "Send Mail" page. Is the "send option" SMTP? (I'm guessing not)

When composing a message, the "Account" list will only contain accounts using SMTP. The "Select account" window that may precede composing a new message will allow you to select non-smtp accounts, but then it opens the email-client compose window instead.
