Larger view window with image goes blank untill reduced again
Larger view window with image goes blank untill reduced again
when reading email that has images, if I have the popup window large to maximized it is blank, if I drag it smaller the content then magicaly shows. How can I view in full window size? - 2 attached screenshots the one with the image showing is before dragging it a little larger and loosing everything, drag it back smaller and it returns.

These are all just questions to try to understand what the problem may be.
- Is the problem specific to that newsletter?
- Does it occur if you actually maximize the window?
- And then "fix" if you restore it to the normal size? And does it matter if the "normal" size was working or not before you maximized?
- What if -- when the problem appears -- you use View/Plain text, then back to View/HTML?

Is the problem specific to that newsletter?
No, it often occurs with other email such as I get 5 or 6 daily emails from eBay with searches I have saved. Sometimes it occurs with those other times it doesnt. I have not found anything specific that always causes the issue other than I have Not had it happen with text only - it does seem to occur more often if I have 1 or 2 other windows still open that I read the email already

No, If it was looking Ok and I maximized it goes blank then when I go back to previous size its back

I tried toggleing back and forth a few times, no difference.
I guess I should add that I do have a problem with poppeeper closing randomly from time to time. I delete the data.db on all the accounts and it works fine for a few weeks then I redo the delete - I have not noticed weather or not I have the above problem after a delete.

Try doing this:
- In the windows start menu, type and open: Internet Options
- On the initial "General" page, press the "Delete" button
- Make sure that at least "temporary internet files, cookies, and history" are checked (This only affects Internet Explorer, so it shouldn't have an impact on your real browsers)
- Press Delete
- Now go to the "Advanced" tab
- Press the "Restore advanced settings" button
- Scroll the list to the very bottom and make sure that "Use TLS 1.2" is enabled (and DISable the ones above it: SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1); optionally enable TLS 1.3, but it probably won't affect anything.
- Press OK
- It may not be necessary, but I'd recommend exiting/restarting POP Peeper and then test it again
