This is a minor issue, but I thought I'd report it.
The Product Request email sends an invalid link for the "Zip format (for advanced users)".

This is the error message that I get.

The following error occurred:
This is not a valid product or id

Please contact tech support if this error persists and include your registered email address, product name and error.

It should be fixed now. You should be able to use the same link from your email, though you may get the same error; in which case just force the browser to refresh the page (Ctrl+R).

I had accidentally updated the zip to try to download v5.6 for the Plus Pack, which doesn't exist; the latest Plus Pack version is v5.4.5.
