Hello.
I can't see the images in the emails that AliExpress sends me. It only happens with these emails and I don't know how to fix it.
thanks

Re: Images on AliExpress
I forgot to say that the box "block external images and data" is not checked.
Re: Images on AliExpress
Be sure to do so, if you're getting the banner at the top (above the message header info) to "Double-click to view HTML". There are ways to avoid this banner as well however (see below).
Click on this link in regards to viewing "HTML" in messages (for more details on this topic): Messages are not displayed in HTML by default.

Also:
What Windows O.S. are you using?
And
What version of POP Peeper are you using (go to "Help"/"About POP Peeper..." for this).

Re: Images on AliExpress
Windows 10 HOME, updated.
POP Peeper v5.4.6, All updated
By default HTML and blocking images and external data is not blocked.
I can't see the images from AliExpress and some other servers, but others can.

Re: Images on AliExpress
Try this:
In the Windows start menu, type and open: Internet options
Select the "Advanced" tab
Scroll the list to the very bottom
Make sure that "Use TLS 1.2" is enabled
On Win11, "Use TLS 1.3" is also enabled; I'm not sure it ever was when I used Win10, but either way, it's unlikely that this is required
Versions of TLS/SSL older than this shouldn't be necessary and may be a security risk (definitely do not enable SSL)
If TLS 1.2 wasn't enabled, then that will probably fix it. If you still have a problem, send a copy of a message that exhibits the problem to (support at esumsoft dot com) so that I can review it. You can save a copy in POP Peeper by viewing it and then select File / Save message as and then include the file as an attachment. So that I know what it's in regards to, please include a brief description and a link to this forum topic.

Re: Images on AliExpress
That solved the problem, thank you.

Glad to hear it!
