Hi Jeff, thanks for taking the time. The delay 'only' happens when the message is HTML formatted. Selecting View -> Plain Text, the message loads instantly. If it means anything, the delay in HTML emails happens even if I have checked 'Legit' for messages from particular email addresses that I trust...

mjs, I have good news on this problem! Even if I don't use and have not used the IE browser for a long time, I decided to reset everything to default in the advanced tab of the Tools section and HTML Zoom is now working in Pop Peeper the way that it should.
