Could you post the direct download link to English.plf?

I just created a GMX account. The above 'imap.mail.com' does not work, but the following 'imap.gmx.com' does.

People have reported problems with Outlook at http://downdetector.com/status/outlook

At the moment, my Live Mail with IMAP can retrieve messages, while my Hotmail with IMAP cannot.
Both of them are shown as Outlook Mail online, and their settings on POP Peeper are exactly the same.
What do you think?

there should not be any problems sending messages using IMAP. In my previous post, the first sentence referred to IMAP, while the second referred to Webmail. Sorry for the confusion. However, I just disabled 'POP and IMAP' mentioned in this post , but I can still send mail via both Webmail and IMAP.

My Hotmail with imap-mail.outlook.com and smtp-mail.outlook.com is working fine today.

I do know UAC (unfortunately in W10, it must stay on) It can be turned off easily according to http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-turn-off-and-disable-uac-in-windows-10/ I don't personally like referring to it as the "portable" version because it installs the same files as the exe installatio...

Just curious, with this in mind, since it's generally better to use IMAP, had you tried the option of continuing with IMAP and using OAuth2 ? Actually, I never used OAuth2 until an hour ago, and it is now working fine even without the 'less secure access'. Still not off my "Yahoo is evil"...
