I accidentally mailed a letter using thunderbird, not PP.
And now when I look at that account, there is a " in the unread
column and the new column is blank
I did a remove messages from list on that account, but no help.
How can I fix that account?

It's ok to use Thunderbird instead of PP and that shouldn't cause any problems. But there's no reason that a quote should appear in that column... Have you tried exiting and restarting PP? If it still happens, can you send a screenshot and maybe I'll see something in it that can be explained. Send the screenshot via email if there's anything personal that you don't want to share with the world.

I somehow fixed it ??
In case someone has the same problem, I think I did:
check stats
check entire message
I adjusted the width of the unread/new header.
shutdown PP and restart (actually maybe this was all that was necessary)
