Pop Peeper not picking up Hotmail emails

Hello,

For some reason Pop Peeper has stopping picking up my Hotmail emails but not showing any error.
Can anyone help?

Please provide the following additional information.

1) What is the "Server type" that you are using? (i.e. "Webmail", IMAP or POP3) To check this edit the account (right-click on the account in the left pane of the Pop Peeper main page) click on "Edit", then make sure you are on the "General" tab and post the "Server type" setting you see on this page.

2) What version of Pop Peeper are you using? (go to "Help" > "About Pop Peeper" for this information).

3) While in "About Pop Peeper", if the "Server type" that you are using is "Hotmail/Outlook" then please post as well the "Webmail" plugin version you are using?

Webmail Version: 4.4.12.0

Currently looking into it.


I highly recommend that you stop using WebMail to access Hotmail/Outlook accounts -- please use IMAP or POP3!

Edit your account, change the server type to IMAP. Optionally, press the OAuth2 button that appears next to your "login name".

WebMail v4.5.1 released to fix the Hotmail issue. To auto-update:
- From POP Peeper's main menu, select Help / About
- Make sure that both "Automatically check for updates" and "auto-update webmail plugin" are enabled
- Press "Check Version"

That being said -- PLEASE switch to IMAP so you won't have these kinds of issues in the future.
