PP email frame reduced to quarter size ?

Hi

Never had this problem before as the normal PP window frame showing everything suddenly became about a quarter of the normal size and is now stuck in the top left hand corner, and I can't find a way to restore it such as dragging on the corners or pulling down the base line. Luckily I had no important email messages stored as they've all disappeared as well, also no idea if there are any new messages ?

Did you try clicking on the "Maximize" button (directly to the left of the red "x" close button)?

You could try exiting POP Peeper (right-click on tray icon and select "Exit") and restart Pop Peeper to see if this helps.

Lastly you could try rebooting your computer if nothing else helps.

Let us know if the situation persists.

I'd tried rebooting earlier a couple of times before posting which didn't work. Tried again just now and it cleared it with all the old emails fortunately back in place so thanks.

However I've no idea what happened to cause it in the first place, any suggestions what to avoid in case it happens again ?

It sounds like a prompt may have appeared which needed to be acknowledged. The prompt may be blocking initialization (ie. before the window position/size has loaded) so once it's acknowledged, initialization will resume and the window and messages will appear correctly. It can be a little confusing because the prompt may appear in the middle of the screen while the main PP window is tucked away in the corner.

I know I've seen this before myself but I cannot remember what prompt causes this. If you happen to see it again or did see a prompt -- let me know what it was so I can look into it
