Cosmetic Feature request: flexible toolbar spacers

Currently, all toolbar items default to being left aligned.

Flexible and/or fixed sized blank spacers would allow more fine tuned placement and grouping of toolbar buttons - including placing some on the right.

Thanks for the suggestion.

As a work-around, you can create a blank toolbar button to simulate empty space. I've attached a blank button -- put it in:
...\POP Peeper\Themes\Toolbar\
you may need to restart PP, but it will be a blank entry at the end of the list (you won't be able to "see" it -- you'll have to select it to know that it's there).

Tips:
- for multiple blank buttons, create copies of that file but increment the number (main_99991_.bmp, etc.)
- For the message toolbar, replace "Main" with "Msg" (so you can have a main_99990_.bmp file AND a Msg_99990_.bmp)
