Messages not populating

All my accounts show up and it goes through the "mail check". I also have a list of all the messages that have already been read but it does not show any info about message

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused as to what the specific problem is that you are having based on your description and the posted screen-shots.

Have you modified the screen-shots to obscure private (sensitive) information? (I'm assuming you have based on the odd information in the screen-shots, in other words; this is NOT the way PP appears?)

Can you please clarify in more detail what you mean by "... it does not show any info about message"?

More specific details as to what exactly the problem is that you are having would be helpful and when the problem started and what had transpired regarding PP prior to when the problem started (any changes made or updates for example)?

From the main POP Peeper menu please go to "File" > "Error overview...", then click on the "Copy" button in the window that is displayed and Paste that information here in this topic (right-click and select "Paste" to paste to topic). This will provide us with additional information on what you are running and what versions you have that may help us with the problem.

To clarify, are you saying that if you double-click on a message you do not get the message displayed?
If this is what the problem is then double-click on a message in the main PP interface (to read it) and from the message read window click on "File" > "Re-download message" and see if the message now displays.

Or are you saying that you are not getting any "new" messages when a Mail Check is done?
If this is the case from the main menu go to "Accounts" > "Show enabled checkbox", do the accounts have a "check box" in front of each account in the account list in the PP left pane? You can do the same thing again to remove the check box list from the pane.

What if anything have you done with POP Peeper or your computer just prior to when the problem started?

Are you getting any POP Peeper errors (a yellow exclamation in lower-right corner of main PP interface)? If so please post the Error Overview information. Please refer to this topic for any questions on how to do this: PP Error Messages: How to view them & copy/paste into your post .

POP Peeper shows those asterisks when the account is locked with password protection. To disable password protection:
1) Edit the account
2) You'll be prompted for the password (if you don't remember enabling password protection, try entering the account's login password)
3) Disable "password protected" near the bottom-middle
