I have been trying now for a week to update the profile picture. How do I do this?
I've tried for the pass week by pressing the download button and download PP.
It does not update.

POP Peeper 4.5.0.0
Webmail 4.5.1.0
SSL 1.0.2.11
IMAP 4.5.0.0
SendMail 4.5.0.0
Profile Picture n/a
PPtweaker 4.5.0.0

The Profile Picture plugin requires either Pro or the Plus Pack. The 'n/a' basically means that it's been disabled for that reason; fyi, I've now put it in my notes that this is insufficient information...

Is there any way to disable the icon that shows up when there are changes in versions?

Not directly, but I'd recommend either:
1) Updating the plugin
2) Deleting the plugin file (Plugins\ProfilePicture.dll)
3) Buying Pro and/or the Plus Pack to support POP Peeper
