Any possibility of new icons for events, specifically ones related to money?
Would be nice for keeping track of bills, taxes, recurring payments, etc.

That's an excellent suggestion, I've added that to my notes.
You can add your own icons. You can add icons under:
...\Aeris Calendar\Images\Events\
And you can place the image into an existing category (folder), or create a new category (by creating a new folder).
The png format is usually recommended, and I would resize the graphic if the source is excessively large, as it will just use more resources to down-sample it. Something in the range of 32x32 - 64x64 should be good (but a lot depends on other factors like your resolution). For comparison, most icons in Aeris v2 are 32x32, but I've been using 64x64 for icons added to Aeris v3.
